The Graduate Admissions Application is only available on line at www.graddiv.ucr.edu/howapply.html. Please be sure to complete the entire application and press the submit button when you have completed the form. In order to complete the application and have the department/program that you are applying to review your file you must also mail the following Supplemental Forms http://www.graddiv.ucr.edu/SuppForms.html:

Disclaimer, Signature and Fee Payment Form
Applicant Statement of Purpose
Supplementary Fellowship Information
Official GRE sent directly from ETS (Scores cannot be older than 5 years)
3 Letters of Recommendation
Official Transcripts
International Student Confidential Financial Statement (International Applicants Only)
TOEFL (International Applicants Only (Scores cannot be older than 2 years))

Please have the missing items submitted as soon as possible so that we can make a decision on your file. Admission decisions cannot be granted until all required documentation is received.
